The SouthBeach Diet meal plan requires SouthBeach Diet followers to eat 6 times a day - 3 main SouthBeach diet meals, healthy snacks in mid-morning and mid-afternoon, plus a night time dessert.

SouthBeach Diet meal plan allows you to eat normal size meal to satisfy you hunger, it does not require you to measure the size of portions, ounces, calories or anything else.

If you are still hungry or have hunger discomfort, it's possible that you are being too stingy with your meal portions.  Increase the portions of your SouthBeach Diet meal.
