Western Egg White Omelette Recipe
(Serves 1)

 

SouthBeach Recipe Food Ingredients:

Lite cooking spray
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon chopped red pepper
2 eggs
3 tablespoons grated reduced-fat cheese

SouthBeach Recipe Cooking Method:

Lightly coat a medium frying pan with cooking spray. Saute the green pepper, spring onion and red pepper until they are slightly tender. Pour the eggs over the vegetables.  When partially set, spread the cheese over half of the egg and fold the omelette. Continue cooking until cooked through.
